Orders & Availability

Order quantity/Minimum :

Products can be ordered in various quantities such as single pick, multi-count units or full cases. Units of measure and its quantities are shown along with their prices. Most items have better pricing when ordered in pack or case quantities. Please ensure that you understand what the quantities for each unit of measure is before placing your order. If you are not sure, your account manager will be glad to assist you.

EA – Each / single pick. (With minimum quantity)
PK/BX/JR/CD/DS – Units having multiple selling counts.
CS – Full case

Big or small, we do not require any minimum order to serve our customers. We deliver freight free all orders of $500.00 or more in our local delivery route area. Orders for delivery in local delivery area are charged a nominal delivery fee on $15.00. All orders out of local delivery area are shipped with added UPS Ground tariff rates or freight charges. Our local delivery area includes NJ, Philly & eastern PA.

Availability

Occasionally, due to high demand an item maybe temporarily out of stock. Your account manager can suggest a substite.

Canceling/Modifying an Order

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order! If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being picked & packed to deliver or ship, we can cancell it. However, once out on delivery or shipped cannot be canceled. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please contact your account manager. Our warehouse hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST. If we cannot cancel an order because it has already shipped from our warehouse, please see our returns procedures.
